All prices given are exclusive of carriage, insurance, duties,

to you in accordance with your order due to limited stock
or safety concerns or some other reason. In these circumstances
we will offer you a full refund or credit your account.

only fraudulent misrepresentation that results from our negligence

services by us to you shall be limited to the full replacement
cost of the goods and services we have supplied to you provided
that you notify us within 14 days of becoming aware of such
loss.
We shall not be liable to you or deemed in breach of these
terms and conditions for any delay in performing or failure
to perform any of our obligations in respect of the goods
if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable
control.
We reserve the right to view, retain and use customer

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by
a competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole
or in part the validity of the other provisions and the remainder
